Great hotel they couldn’t do enough for you, only downside is the pool tiles get very slippery and my mum actually had a fall.

We spent 9 nights here in Room 502. The hotel was great. I feel like some of the staff are still learning their roles. However, some are just amazing and make up where others are still learning. The Lumi Sky lounge is such a beautiful spot. We spent many nights here watching the sunset. Our room was great too. We had a view of the pool and a balcony that we could access from our bathroom, living room, or bedroom. We loved the modern feel. The proximity to everything in Sorrento was amazing. I would highly recommend. Shout out to the server Carmen. She is constantly moving and made up for others inattentiveness at the pool. And Giulia, who was very gracious in providing and booking information on transfers, tours, and restaurant reservations. We hope to be back.

Gorgeous hotel, breathtaking views, ideal location, but most definitely the most gracious service we have ever experienced! From our arrival where we were greeted by the lovely Enrico with glasses of Prosecco, to Ciro, Valentino, Martina, GianLuca and the sweet and charming Antonio. The staff was superb. The pool is gorgeous, as is the rooftop bar - do not miss the sunset! We are trying to figure out how quickly we can return!

This hotel is not only absolutely beautiful and pristine, the staff is incredible! We felt welcomed minute we arrived and every day since then. They were over the top and we absolutely loved it! The hotel was modern and clean and extremely luxurious. We have very high expectations and they met every single one of them!

Absolutely spectacular hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, rooms are amazing, spa and gym are state of the art, complimentary breakfast is delicious and you are walking distance to everything you need in Sorrento. Oh, and the rooftop bar/lounge has a sunset view to die for!! This is a hotel you feel sad when checking out, we will be back!

The bedrooms have plenty of space which is cleaned in the morning and replenished with water and towels again later in the day. The staff are the best you could ask for, so attentative, approachable and hard working. Enzo along with the bar staff offer the best service I have experienced. The pool was beautiful and very relaxing. Thank you for an amazing holiday Ara Maris

This was the best vacation we ever had. My (new) wife and I were on on the beginning of our honeymoon, for four nights. Hotel is quite convenient and accessible to the Sorrento town center (2 minute) and porto de Sorrento (7 minute). This was a special hotel where the service and staff attended to you quickly and efficiently. Not pushy, but always available, with a smile. All the staff were extremely lovely people and I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Sorrento and seeking a very enjoyable vacation with a relaxing pool. There is also a nice rooftop restaurant, that provides an amazing (bellissimo!) view of the Ocean at sunset. Very special thanks to our hosts: Ciro, Antonio, Carmen, Martina, Angelo, Erika, Julia, Enzo and little Ciro. We miss you already and hope to return for our anniversary!

Stunning hotel..everything about it is understated elegance! The pool is beautiful and food amazing! Service is great and rooms were new and clean! Could improve the hairdryers but that was my only moan! Great location and the rooftop is just stunning and the cocktails and food delicious! Best hotel I have visited for a while!

Incredibly beautiful hotel. Stayed for 4 nights in a junior garden suite which was spectacular. It's brand new and the quality and design of the hotel are first rate.. This, coupled with the fact that the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful, makes this, in my opinion the best place to stay in Sorrento, particularly if you want somewhere that could not be more centrally located. The entire experience was perfect and I am dreaming of going back soon!
